The Staff Software Developer position is responsible for troubleshooting code defects with existing production systems as well as designing and developing internet based on-line banking applications. This work generally will occur under the guidance of a lead development or project manager. * *The following requirements apply to the Staff Software Developer role. Greater experience may be considered for a higher level position.* *Key Basic Requirements:* *? Bachelor?s degree required with a degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.* *? Minimum of 3 years of software development experience with two of those years spent designing and developing internet e-commerce or e-finance applications.* *? Experienced ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> and C# developer.* *? Experienced in XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technology.* *? Strong web UI design and development experience* *? Strong integration design and development experience* *? Strong problem solving skills* *? Experienced in designing and developing solutions for high volume internet sites* *? Strong architecture skills* *? Strong Analysis, design and build skills* *? Minimum of 2 years of project development / methodologies experience: full system development lifecycle, Agile, etc* *? Experienced in conducting development activities using stringent source code control procedures. * *?
