The PMs will be positioned in one of the following streams. It will be plus
to identify candidates with their experience closer to the streams, and
please mention which stream is the resume best for presenting.
*Stream 1:
Discovery and Pre-clinical (DPS)
Project & Pipeline Management & Worldwide Licensing IT
International & Emerging Markets*
*Stream2:
Biologics and Vaccines
Informatics, Biomarkers and translational medicine
Business Planning and Operation*
*
Stream3:
Clinical Analysis & Regulatory Reporting
Global Safety & Cross Divisional Capabilities
Global Clinical Trial Operations*
*Project Manager Role & Responsibilities:*
1. End-End delivery of agreed upon objectives and transfer to support.
- Impact analysis, requirements sign off, design, construction and
installation
2. Creation and maintenance of appropriate documents for Green Light Review
- Peer review, Security review, Quality Review and other SLC
documents
3. Creation and maintenance of Master Project Plan
4. Capacity planning for the responsible work streams
5. Manage other delivery side team members
6. Work closely with area lead to meet the objectives
7. Weekly status report to MRL IT Divisional lead and delivery lead
*Skills Required:*
1. Project management and pharma experienced
2. Familiarity with IT Operating Model
3. Ability to work independently
4. Proven experience is handling big projects
5. Ability to lead large team members
