- Overall technology experience in financial services ( 10 + years)
- Project management experience (5 years)
- Expertise with a Systems Development Methodology (e.g., structured
waterfall, RAD, agile or extreme) --- (2-3 years)
- Business process/requirement definition skills (5 years)
- Functional design experience (i.e., UML, data modeling, diagramming,
functional and navigational prototyping, use case definition) ---- (3 years)
- Requirement and process documentation skills (Visio and MS PowerPoint)
and a working knowledge of MS office tools (e.g., Project, Word, Excel and
Access)
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Administration, or a related discipline

- Develop and maintain relationships with IT teams, development and
infrastructure functions to ensure efficient delivery of project and support
activities
- Develop successful and accurate project plans to implement application
initiatives in support of Private Equity business strategy
- Manage deadlines and dependencies across initiatives and resources
- Drive application project deliverables & milestones
- Partner with various department leaders, support groups and technology
groups to manage demand and resource priorities
*Business Analysis*

- Define scope, gather and document business requirements **
- Identify and design solutions, recommend business process improvements
and system enhancements/modifications **
- Develop detailed requirements and functional design documents that can
be referenced by a global delivery staff, respond to their questions and
reconcile the functionality of their deliverables to these documents **
- Work with the project manager to ensure traceability of business
requirements from Business Analysis through to User Acceptance Testing and
Implementation **
- Responsible for Quality Control on all Private Equity applications and
lead testing efforts (System and User Acceptance) **
- Document new business/system processes and manage the delivery of end
user training **
