*Description of need:*

Ø INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER Operating Systems - Experience in designing
on MS Windows Server technologies, Unix, Linux and virtualization (VMWare)
Ø Databases - Experience in designing infrastructure for databases,
e.g., high availability, D/R solutions around databases Oracle, MS SQL etc.
Ø Systems Management - Knowledge of enterprise class network and
server management solutions such as HP Openview.
Ø Network and Security - Knowledge of enterprise class LAN (Office
LAN, Data Center LAN), WAN, VPN and network security (IPSec, Firewalls,
DMZ).
Ø General awareness of information security.
Ø Storage and Backup - Experience in designing solutions for managing
enterprise class storage network solutions around technologies like SAN,
NAS, Encrypting file system and products like EMC and NetApp storage
devices.
Ø Internet Technologies - Web servers (IIS, Apache), Proxy servers,
Load balancers, Global site selector, Firewalls, Certificate, SSO (Kerberos,
ADFS, CA SiteMinder) etc.
Ø Directory Services - LDAP/AD/ADAM
Ø Application servers - Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic, Peoplesoft, IBM
Lotus Notes, Microsoft Sharepoint, eRoom etc.
Ø Hardware - Basic knowledge of Dell and HP rack mounted servers,
blades, HPUX, Superdome etc.
Ø Capacity and performance - Experience in designing infrastructure to
meet the performance requirements of the application based on the data
collected from the legacy system and model for the future grow.
Ø Knowledge of the performance measurement diagram and utilities.
Ø Additional Skills, ability to quickly learn existing complex systems
infrastructure
Ø Must be organized and detail-oriented
Ø Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
