*Position : Manual QA* *Location: Chapel Hill, NC* *Duration: 6 months* Looking for experienced QA testers with previous experience in HP Mercury Quality Center, Callidus and Lawson. Must show a background of testing in web-based environments. Excellent verbal and written communication is necessary as is the ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Preferred experience in Web and Distributed Systems Testing, Broker Compensation Applications or On-Demand Software as a Service Models. Roles and Responsibilities: Duties will include * Should have good testing skills and should be able to author and execute test cases based on requirements. * Should possess good analytical skills. * Provide hands on assistance to the QA team, including business requirements, participate in all meetings, prototyping sessions, create and document test plans, cases and scripts. * Execute test plans and scripts. * Report and track test defects; vendor and in-house. Provide assistance in analyzing and resolving test defects. * Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues * Interact with other technology groups as needed Required Technical skills: * Looking for someone having 3-5 years Testing experience with Callidus TrueComp Compensation systems * HP Mercury QC * User Interface Testing * Testing in Web-based environments * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
