Nice to Have Skills/Experience
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (20 points)
2.Three or more years experience:
• Installing, tuning and general performance of the Oracle product.
• With SQL-PL/SQL, stored procedures and triggers, and Oracle tools
including Designer.
• Developing and maintaining custom applications using Oracle 9i and/or
Oracle10g, or higher.
• Installing third party software in an Oracle environment. (20 points)
3.Five or more years experience working with Oracle, with a thorough
understanding of the architecture and processes of the Oracle server,
including Oracle 9i and/or Oracle10g, or higher. (20 points)
4. Three or more year’s experience with the development of large scale,
complex applications involving on-line and batch environments. This
includes experience in the transition of systems, including the transfer of
knowledge and mentoring. (20 points)
5.Three or more years experience working with public sector IT application
that include a fiscal component, as well as working with agency IT staff to
address and solve technical issues. (20 points)
