Projects and Service work on the Billing, Receipts and Print team
*Job Functions or Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for this position will be leading project and
service efforts from a Mainframe Systems Analyst perspective for the
Billing, Receipts, and Print Solution Center specializing in the Client
Payment Plan (SFPP) host team. This team is responsible for developing and
maintaining the mainframe systems for SFPP, which includes processing
billing transactions, sending/receiving transactions to the divisions, and
processing payments. The SFPP host team also develops and maintains the
stored procedures that interact with the web applications that the SFPP
Operation Centers, SF Agents, and customers use to conduct business for
processing their payments. The SFPP Host team has extensive interactions
with Finance, Auto, Fire, Life, and Health. Analysts chosen for this
position will have the ability to not only learn about SFPP
