*Position: Clemson, South Carolina* * * *HCM Functional Resource* * * *4-week Project (possibly longer)* * * *Phone Interview to Hire Start: Oct 18th, 2010* The effort: This engagement will evaluate a fairly broad slice of the client's PeopleSoft application deployment and provide recommendations on how to optimize efficiency, etc. Specifically, the consultants will: - Identify specific concerns and "pain points" - Recommend changes in PeopleSoft usage or configuration (in general) to mitigate these concerns - Evaluate/recommend opportunities for additional *HCM functionality/modules/tools *to add value based on the client's objectives and identified concerns. Basically, we need *senior PeopleSoft HCM Lead/Analyst(s) with broad knowledge of HCM processes and PSoft capabilities. * We need these areas covered from a business/application analytical perspective: - *HR (Leaves (including FMLA), Performance Mgt, core HR (i.e. workforce administration)))* - *Payroll (GL interface, controls and compliance, commitment accounting. They mentioned Payroll self service. Assuming this is ePay, potentially eProfile)* *- Time and Labor (they'll have broad questions on capability, strengths & weakness. They will want to contrast with Kronos.)* *- Benefits (only have Base Bfts, but appear to have eBenefits.
