b. Able to provide the better/alternative solutions in ALS.
c. Analyze them and prepare the design documents
d. Send the proper requirements to Offshore
e. Development on Onsite – Offshore model
f. Coordinate with offshore for the deliverables
g. Share the status with both internal and external stake holders
