* * *Title : Oracle HRMS techno Functional Loc: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6 months * Unique Job Responsibilities: • Configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain ERP program code and applications to support business processes and functions. • Performs all aspects of technical design and programming. • Completes solution design and development based on understanding of business need and requirements. • Able to work on multiple projects, enhancements and production support issues as required. • Able to communicate business problems, solution options and tool functionality to wide audience. Requirements/Qualifications: Previous Work and Related Experience (including educational requirements): • Oracle eBusiness 11.5.10 application development experience required; R12 experience is a plus. • OA Framework customization experience required. • Oracle eBusiness Workflow development experience required. • Development experience within an integrated Oracle HCM and Financials footprint is required; HCM, OAB, OTL, Self Service, Compensation Workbench, Performance Management, i-Procurement and Purchasing experience is a plus. • Thorough knowledge of Oracle Application architecture required. • PL/SQL programming experience required. • Unix/Linux shell scripting experience required with understanding of SSL and GPG/PGP. • Java programming experience is a plus. • Designs scalable solutions to minimize long-term maintenance and support reporting. • Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. • Possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
