1. Required Experience
1. Siebel techno-functional BA
2. Experienced in implementation of Siebel 8+, Siebel Call Center,
and Siebel CTI
3. Business Analysis experience in documenting Siebel functional use
cases & functional design documents
4. Experience in fit-gap analysis, and in facilitating JAD sessions
5. Experience in configuring Siebel tools, task based UI, Siebel
workflow
6. Good Knowledge of Business Service Scripting, Siebel EAI, Siebel
EIM, Reports
7. Ability interacting with offshore teams (10-50 size team) in a
technical capacity
8. Excellent communication skills
2. Preferred Experience
1. (Auto) Insurance experience preferred. Knowledge of Insurance Quote
is a plus
2. Experience in Haley/Siebel OPA & Siebel RTD is a plus
3. Experience with process documentation & analysis
