Peoplesoft HCM Consultant Location: COLUMBUS, OH Duration: 6 months Req Details: Peoplesoft HCM position Responsibilities include: · Code customizations in the Time and Attendance module of HCM · Duties will include system analysis, design, coding, and testing of program enhancements/changes within the PeopleSoft HCM modules. · Provide end user support of the suite of applications including - designing application process changes, writing specifications for them, developing the solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues and analyzing and documenting workflows. · Develop PeopleSoft Human Resources solutions utilizing various PeopleSoft programming languages and tools including – PeopleCode, SQL, Application Engine, Integration Broker, PS Query, SQR Required skills: · 3-5 Years of PeopleSoft/PeopleTools Experience · PeopleCode · SQL · Application Engine · Integration Broker · PS Query · SQR · PeopleSoft HCM Experience (specifically Time and Attendance) · Global Implementation Experience · Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) · Team Player **They key is to find people that will be able to communicate well and act as a client facing analyst. Customer interaction experience will be key.
