IT Application Development Division requires Professional Service for a Business Object Developer. Responsibilities: • At least 3+ years of experience with Business Objects XIR2 and 7+ Years of Business Objects experience. • Hands on development experience with Crystal XI • Knowledge of CMC,CMS and BOXI server architecture • Management of User profiles/restrictions in CMC. • Universe Development, Resolving loops, creating Hierarchies • Strong Webi Development experience. • User Training experience • Xcelsius knowledge is a plus • Must be familiar with Cross Tab, sub queries, variables and other advanced reporting abilities. • Translate requirements into database and Universe design enhancements. • Perform Business Object upgrade and new releases • Install configure and patch Business Object software on Unix and Windows Platform. • Clearly define and apply the ‘best practices’ for performance and usability • Administer user and security setting in the hosted environment Skills • Should be a team player • Good verbal and written communications skills • Relation database modeling especially Entity Relationship Diagramming and Normalization, Data Flow Diagram • Business Object Universe Modeling with Designer • Strong PL/SQL experience and performance tuning • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Best Business Intelligence Practices • Performance Management/Dashboard Manager Experience • Knowledge of Data Warehousing • XML skills preferred but not mandatory. ** *** **** ** * * Thanks!
