You must be able to deliver quality functionality within specified timeframes; using the HP suite of tools which includes Quality Center, to support testing on projects. Top Candidates will have experience with: *HP Mercury tools, SQL, Facets or Amisys or prior experience in a Healthcare Insurance* environment. Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. · Participates in requirements gathering/reviews, and designs, develops and executes manual test plans to ensure the quality of the core applications and systems. · Documents defects and works with developers, business users and project team to resolve issues. · Serves as an integral member of an enterprise-wide testing team, and is responsible for following established standards and best practices, and reporting testing results clearly and accurately. · Provides assistance to IT personnel and business partners in the use of templates and tools. · Leads the testing efforts on small/medium scale projects and coordinate testing resources. · Assists in training and/or mentoring test analysts. · Other duties as required. *Special Skills/Qualifications:* FACETS or Amisys - 4 years test analyst experience - 2 years leading test efforts on small/medium scale projects and coordinating test resources.
