The incumbent will be assigned to the PPM project which consists of the statewide migration of various project management systems to, and the deployment of, Primavera project management software. *Desirable Skills /highly preferred skills)* - 3 years Business Analyst experience in large corporate or government agency. - Exposure to transportation industry capital project management practices. - Thorough understanding of project management software. - Experience with and understanding of Primavera project management software. - Strong experience in Logical Data and Process Modeling. - Strong experience with UML and the use case format of documenting functionality requirements. - Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP). - Experience with Business Objects. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage executive level resources and civil engineers. *Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science highly desirable* *Qualified candidates must have:* - Minimum 4 years performing Business Systems Analysis, performing duties such as requirements elicitation and documentation, process and data analysis, process and data modeling, creating and executing test plans, and functional specifications.
