The ability to lead with confidence on an independent basis is critical, as is the ability to tactfully challenge assertions made by the client. 3. Experience designing and recommending iSeries system and partition configurations to support multiple environments to include Development, Test, QA, Production staging, and Production. 4. The ability to independently document results and generate and populate reports and presentations.
