Crystal Reports Developer Location: ST. JOSEPH, MO Duration: 6+ months Req Details: Must have Crystal reports XI Principal Duties: 1. Provides analytical support to National Sales Directors, & field sales for sales force productivity (via Dashboards to sales management), and field sales tactical support (weekly reports to increase call effectiveness) via Crystal Reports 2. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems, including those not covered by policies and practices and may require significant interpretation. Develops project plans that are simple to moderately complex in scope. Designs queries for new issues. Self-directed in data-mining and exhibits innovation when presenting materials and project plans, including possible solutions. Investigates data anomalies and trends. Routinely communicates (insights, findings, and plans) to mid-level customers and Sales Management. 3. Based on analysis, recommend areas of opportunity that will help marketing increase program effectiveness & Sales Management to direct resources that will optimize sales efforts. 4. Communicates and presents various analyses to middle and senior field management. Associated Performance Measurment: . Apply knowledge of tools and data sources to meet the information requirements. Understand marketing & the field sales force requirements and how to practically apply reports to help track/solve their needs. . Provide timely, systematic and thorough analytical responses to Ad Hoc information requests. . Check and analyze related reports to verify data is correct in a quick and efficient method. . Support the marketing, sales management, and executive teams with all analysis needed in an efficient manner. . Present In a very clear and precise way for easy understanding. . Have a very familiar working knowledge of every standard report we produce within Sales & Marketing Intelligence.
