*Position: Siebel Functional configuration analyst* *Location: Bothell, WA* *Duration: 6 months+* · Incident management; give advice and answer questions from Support end users for all the areas of Siebel Sales applications including customized Siebel areas in business processes, quoting (equipment & service), eConfigurator, product, pricing, orders, change orders and CRM (Accounts, Opportunities, Forecasts, Activities, Campaigns etc.). · Functional Lead Analyst on global projects. · Ability to work in the North American user’s time zone 6AM to 6PM (GMT-8 hours), participate in teleconferences or web based meetings. · Support business demand peaks e.g. month-end support of system issues or project go-live · Registration of solutions and workarounds in a case registration system and maintain a FAQ database and other user documentation, as required Knowledge and Experience · 3 years relevant experience with Siebel. This experience to include the areas of quotes, order, product and pricing. Ability to provide product configurator support. · We are looking for either a person already experienced as functional support configurator analyst or a person who can be trained in this area. Characteristics of an experienced support person include: o Experience on basic Product Administration o Simple products o Customizable products o Experience on creating Custom Configurator User Interfaces o Themes for the Configurator UI o Experience on Configurator Web Templates o Experience on Configurator Constrains o Creating Validation rules for Customizable products o Knowledge on Configurator Rule Assemble Language o Experience on Catalog and Categories · Testing: Execute SIT, UAT and regression testing in conjunction with other Siebel BA’s in the areas of pricing and catalog, pricing master data and interfaces. Regression testing is end to end testing of new functionality across Siebel modules. · Basic SAP experience to trouble shoot flow of pricing to SAP.
