SAP WM (Warehouse Management) Consultant Location: ATLANTA, GA Duration: 12+ months Req Details: Must-haves -In depth SAP warehouse management -Experience of Bin Management, configuration and deployments -WMRF -Great grasp of functionality and configuration of SAP -Strong understanding of T-codes in SAP -5 years of experience with SAP rollouts -scripting experience within SAP -training experience Experience in designing & configuring SAP R/3 WM module Good knowledge of user exits and customizing techniques Capability to design functional specification for user exit enhancement Understand business requirements & able to translate them Work with developers to c larify requirements, evaluate development approach Lead & influence team members to leverage capabilities already built Work closely with project team members to define master data requirements Strong leadership skills Storage Unit Mgmt, Directed Placement, Global Data Model Design for WM RF in Warehouse integrated w/Quality Mgmt, Production, & Sales SAP console or other RF warehouse managed approach Implementing warehousing and inventory management EDI solutions in SAP Mapping EDI transactions to SAP IDOC Define EDI requirements for all EDI transactions Interpreting IDOC Contents and Monitoring IDOC Processing Knowledge of user exits and customizing techniques Capability to design functional specification for user exit enhancement Understand Business Requirements and Translate Them Into Configuration Clarify Requirements, Evaluate Development Approaches Lead and influence the team members Define master data requirements Strong analytical skills -good communication -testing of the SAP configuration exp Plusses Process Industry, shelf life functionalities, and phased roll out approach Experience in phased implementation of SAP Day-to-Day -SAP Warehouse Management -Master Data gathering and Configuration of BINs -Setting up BINs in SAP -SAP Rollouts -Testing the configuration -Hands on implementation -on-site plant deployments -Figuring out why one configuration of Bin Management works better than the other.
