.Net Developer Location: NYC, NY (Local preferred) Duration: 12 months Essential . At least 5 years of application development experience in .NET, C#, and MS Office technologies. . Proven and stable employment record. At least 5 years of combined experience developing MS Office based applications, and web applications. . At least 3 years experience in developing MS Office based applications using VSTO, C#. Prior experience in VBA development. . Experience in Office Business Applications(OBAs) integration with SharePoint. . Experience in developing web based and SharePoint applications. . Experience in working with SharePoint web services and Excel Services . Good exposure to OOAD, SOA and design patterns. . Ability/familiarity to create workflows using OBAs and SharePoint. . Must have been exposed to full SDLC process . Ability to research and trouble-shoot application problems MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: -Participate in the design and implementation of Office(OBAs) and SharePoint application design and development. - Participate and assist in application design using office technologies - Participate in entire SDLC process - Understand the business requirement and functional spec and translate to technical solutions - Deliver end-product as required in the spec or instructed by Tech Manager/BA and perform unit testing to ensure the quality of the codes - Create and maintain Deployment/ Release documentation.
