*Job Position :* SAP CRM Functional Consultant
*Job Duration :* 12 months
*Job Location* : Irving, TX
*Job Description*
8+ years experience working directly with SAP CRM
Knowledge of CRM functions including Contract Management, Complaint
management, service management, etc.
Experience with integration to other key CRM areas such as AM, SD, etc.
Design experience in the CRM area including knowledge of specific tables,
data elements
Creation and management of transports, including log analysis and object
analysis within the transport.
Experience drawing requirements out of the business process experts
Experience in all project phases (blueprint, design, realization, testing,
implementation, support)
Experience in using Solution Manager for business process documentation
Experience using Mercury Quality Center for testing (FUT, UAT, Regression)
Experience as a business user in the contract management or service
management area a major plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering or computer
science.
Consultant has to have a laptop.
