Description: Management of a project to build a modern eligibility system for TANF, SNAP and Medicaid on a Microsoft technology stack. NM will receive federal funds to create the new system which must provide a self- service portal for application intake and screening a rule-based approach for determining eligibility for a wide variety of State and Federal programs, provide case management capabilities for eligibility workers to perform their jobs and interface with a large number of other State systems to share data and initiate downstream transaction processing.
