Peoplesoft Functional HCM Consultant Location: BOSTON, MA Duration: 3 months Req Details: Peoplesoft Functional TAM and Recruiting Solutions Project Description: Our client is currently running Peoplesoft 9.0 for HCM. They are also in the middle of a 9.1 upgrade. They currently use HCM for Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Ben Admin and the other core areas. In addition to planning the upgrade for 9.1, they are doing the implementation of the Peoplesoft Recruiting Solution and Talent Acquisition Management. They are looking for a Functional consultant to help. They are about ½ way through the implementation, so they've done the initial fit/gap and blue printing. They are entering into the testing phase right now. Day to Day Responsibilities: The main duties for this consultant would be to help the TAM/Recruiting Solution SME with configuration, testing and training. Right now, they are well on their way with the implementation, but the team of 5-6 people are getting overwhelmed by the work. Since they are migrating from an old legacy system, they need to make sure that they get all the interviewing questionnaires and forms to be the same in Peoplesoft as they are in the old system, as they need to ensure the same interviewing process for all candidates across the world. They are looking for the extra person to help with setting the control tables, doing configuration, and loading the tables. Additionally, they are going to need the person to help with testing, training and change management.
