Senior SAP HR Security consultant Implementation project is coming to a close, and they lack an HR Security Analyst, but will need an expert to ensure everything in that area is in order. The HR areas in scope are PCP (Personnel Cost Planning), OM (organizational mngt), PA (personnel administration) and Funds Mngt • Min 8 yrs SAP Security. Must be senior level, hands on! • Multiple FLC implementations • Multiple senior level roles • This is pertaining to HR, so must have very strong/ recent/multiple projects with Security in the HR area • Skilled in the areas of structure and authorization within SAP – in relation to time management, training and events • Experienced in identifying, communicating, and resolving SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) Compliance & SOD (Segregation of Duties) issues. • Excellent analytical and logical programming skills with a good understanding at the conceptual level. • Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, authorization methodologies, and authentication technologies. • Strong leadership and team-oriented interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication • Previous public sector and/or related industry experience is nice to have, but not mandatory When applying please mention the JOB ID NUMBER.
