Project Description: Assist the Department of ESE establish projects related to the Race To the Top Education grant funding. Project must be scoped to meet requirements from RTTT application and feasible within the guidelines of available budget. Position Responsibility: Candidate requires good project management skills, particularly with regard to scoping projects and project charters. PMP certification desirable. Technical background with experience in both custom development and packagae selection needed. Good client relationship skills a must. Not managing other staff, but need to understand the elements of a successful project.
