PowerBuilder Developer Location: SALEM, OR Duration: 4-5 months Req Details: Interview: Telephone/Personal ************ The purpose for this Staff Augment Request is to provide IT Professional Services in support of several client systems primarily written in PowerBuilder. Visual Basic 6 (VB6), ColdFusion, C# Java, Access, and ASP.Net skills are also desirable. This resource will provide enhancements to the systems and ensure continuous system functionality while staff resources are supporting projects. The projects may change based on Agency business needs and priorities. The work performed by the Programmer Analyst III will include: gathering requirements, obtaining customer approval of the requirements, analyze system for required changes, code modification/testing, obtain customer approval of Acceptance test results, and implement changes to production through Software Configuration Management process. This work will be identified by and documented through the ODOT request for work (RFW) system and process. Applications will be written in the above written languages. Programmer-Analyst capabilities with 8 or more years of experience. It is mandatory that they have 3 or more years of PowerBuilder (Version 8). Desirable skills include 3 or more years in each of the following: Visual Basic 6, ColdFusion (Version 7 or above), C#, Java, Access, and ASP.Net. Although it is not mandatory, it would be desirable if the candidate had working knowledge and experience with FileNet development and support.
