*Technical Knowledge and Experience*:
* 5+ years of experience developing web-based business and E-Commerce
applications using Adobe Flex, Java/J2EE Frameworks. Hands-on expertise in
object-oriented analysis & design, with advanced understanding of Enterprise
design patterns, frameworks, and SOA architecture.
* Expertise with Web 2.0 technologies such as Flex3, AJAX and Adobe Live
Cycle and other RIA frameworks etc.
* Experience in designing Enterprise Portal Solution. Strong working
knowledge of aggregating different types of distributed applications.
* Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), with understanding
of Web Service and SOAP.
* Experience with Workflow Engine and/or Business Rules Engine is a plus
• Strong background with relational database technology including Oracle and
frameworks and API like Hibernate, JDBC, etc
