LOC: Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 1 Yr
The incumbent serves as a senior .NET developer for DW/BI solutions with the
Bureau of Business Solutions & Services. The incumbent will develop and
deliver .NET applications and Web Services for complex Business Intelligence
solutions. Technologies leveraged include C#.NET, Oracle 10g, SQL Server
2005, IIS 6.0 and Business Objects XI.
Specific Duties:
1. Serve a leading role in the development of DW/BI front end applications
to be developed in Microsoft .NET technology. This includes applications
that support dashboards, data quality and data integration monitoring and
Business Object integration.
2. Active involvement in the development of a system to collect, store and
disseminate enterprise metadata and data lineage for the DW/BI environment.
3. Serve a key role in the design of relationally relational databases.
4. Get involved with some framework level development effort.
5. Work on some of the ongoing maintenance effort for existing applications.
6. Should be dynamic enough to help out across teams when in need.
