*They are searching for 3 top tier .net developers. The position description
is as follows:*
*Experience and Skills*
- *Seven to 10+ years technology industry experience *
- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years application development on a
distributed Windows platform and demonstrated strong technical leadership &
supervisory experience over time.
- Must be proficient in technologies including *ASP .Net, C#,
HTML/JavaScript, SQL Server 2008 *
- Must demonstrate *strong architecture*, vision and planning skills. .
- Experience in developing large and complex distributed technology
solutions.
- Strong project management skills with a thorough understanding of
development lifecycle from requirements through code deployment.
- Able to plan and execute projects and large scale deployments by
partnering / coordinating across multiple teams (QA, business analysis,
other implementation teams, engineering).
- Must be able to create / manage / track multi-month project plan that
cuts across multiple releases, initiatives and possibly teams
- Strong leadership qualities including interpersonal, communication and
client relationship management skills. Ability to forge solid working
relationships across different teams and motivate others with emphasis on
teamwork
- Must be able to successfully manage remote teams
