Business Analyst with MDMS Experience Location: DENVER, CO Duration: 12 months Req Details: - Business Analyst with experience implementing Meter Reading Management Systems (MDMS) and processes (i.e. Itron, Oracle eUtilities, eMeter, etc.) is required - Project experience within the Utilities Industry is required - Experience implementing Meter Reading Management Systems (MDMS) and processes (i.e. Itron, Oracle eUtilities, eMeter, etc.) is required - Work with Xcel Business, IT, third-party outsourcers, and cross-functional teams to organize, facilitate, gather, and document business, functional, and non-functional (i.e. performance, availability, security) requirements that are testable, traceable, and measurable across multiple work streams - Experience documenting systems integration points and joint interface agreements, particularly with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) - Create business process flows and conduct gap analysis - Create and analyze use cases - Facilitation capabilities conducting walkthroughs, surveys, questionnaires, interviews, brainstorming and Rapid and Joint Application Development Sessions - Work throughout the systems development life cycle to assist and effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, quality assurance, and trainers during the design, build, test, and training project phases to ensure all requirements are designed, developed, tested, and implemented - Managing the overall testing phase including developing the test strategy and test work plan, scheduling Xcel's third-party testing resources, provide MDM guidance and requirement/functional knowledge during test execution, lead the test status meetings and defect resolution process, provide test metric reporting, ensure requirement traceability, etc. - Assist in documenting the RFP for MDMS software vendors - Assist during the vendor demonstrations, scoring, and selection process - Provide weekly status to program / project manager - Technical understanding of how networks, systems, and applications work together; system infrastructure and applications experience; application architectures, etc. - Solid verbal and written communication skills Regards Kamal Econosoft Inc Contact: 408-521-1140 Ext 4833 Fax: 775-923-8767 [email protected] WWW.Econosoftinc.com Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
