Remedy Consultant Location: Houston, TX Duration: 6 months Must-haves - 5 yrs. of Remedy dev. exp - Integration, Migration, Configuration and Support for Incident module - Remedy 7.6 exp - Webservices within Remedy Plusses - Single Sign On exp - Linux/Unix environment - Remedy cert Day-to-Day On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for the completion of the Incident module upgrade for the Remedy migration from 7.0 to 7.6. Currently, the company is 70% through the migration, but they need a senior developer to complete the migration. They will install, configure, test, complete the production and then support the module after it is released into the environment. In addition to the migration, they will also need to provide tier 2-3 user support. The company is 100% complete with Change, Asset and Problem. For Incident, they are 70% complete with the migration.
