Thanks * * * * *Business Analyst* Location: Columbus, OH Duration: Six months plus Required exp: Experience in requirements management tools - Caliber RM" State & Local Govt Experience is added advantage *Skills:*** · Outstanding Requirements gathering skills to elicit and document accurate, complete, correct, clear, consistent and compliant user requirements. · Creating and maintaining Business requirements, User requirements, System Requirement specifications as per the project processes · Sound knowledge towards creating, understanding and maintaining Business Scenarios, Use Cases, Story Boards, Test scenarios, Test Scripts, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Sequence diagrams, Collaborative Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams using UML processes · Experience in project related deliverables and approval processes · Experience with configuration management, defect management and remediation process working with the Clients, Architects, Tech Leads, Release management and Project Management · Good working knowledge towards change control process, release management process and Incident management process · Collaborative working knowledge with different project groups in resolving the issues (Clients, Vendors, Development Team, Architects, Release Management and Project Management) · Vast Business Analysis Experience in Development, Maintenance and sustain projects · Understand the client expectations, issues and work with different groups of the project to analyze, prioritize the issues based on the severity and sensitivity · Test the application to make sure that requirements are implemented as per the approved specifications · Experience in System Testing, User acceptance testing and regression testing and periodic health checks of the application · Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. · Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. · Assigns work to others. Leadership of BA resources assigned to project. · Provide time / resource estimates for assigned projects. · May develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems. · Works on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation of multiple factors. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. Leads and / or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
