The BA must have experience with the development and deployment of .Net products. The BA will expand on the existing assessment and lead focus group sessions with the business units to gather the requirements necessary to develop the System Requirements Specification (SRS) for the Financial Management (FM) module of the Early Child Care Subsidy Management System. The result will be the development of the SRS and use cases for the FM module to be used by the development team construct the system to meet the business processes of the FM group. The BA will work with the Early Child Care Subsidy Management development team, the Early Child Care Finance group, and report to the EIMS Project Manager. *Behavior Characteristics:* Candidate must possess outstanding verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate superb leadership, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
