Job Title: *Sr. QA Analyst* Location: *Columbia MD* Duration: *6 months* Rate:* $50 on c2c* *IN PERSON INTERVIEW IS A MUST!!!* *Must Have*: BS,CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma *Description:* Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with five (5) years of relevant work experience. Experience working with IT project team members and customers to facilitate process improvement including opportunity identification, analysis, prioritization, and planning. Candidate must have experience implementing and managing a Quality Management System (QMS) based on industry best practices, Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model - Integration (CMMI), ISO Standards, or Six Sigma. Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle processes, experience in conducting self-assessments and readiness reviews to prepare a project for process maturity evaluation by an external assessment team; experience setting up and using an electronic process asset library to store organizational process assets and best practices that are used by team members to improve performance; experience training engineers in process and quality improvement principles and the CMMI Framework. *Required Skills & Yrs of experience Daily Task May Include:* · Providing process training · Conducting document peer reviews · Conducting internal audits · Reviewing process documents and identifying areas of improvement · Conducting gap analysis, as required · Updating process documents as required I look forward to hear from you and hope that I can be a help in your job quest.
