He/she should have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; expert at managing multiple projects simultaneously. They need to have used Caliber (tool that BAs use for documentation). They are basically replacing a legacy system and re-writing the whole thing. All new development/greenfield. Huge, demanding project. They need candidates who can work under pressure and who are there to work and get things done.
