*Solutions Architect * *Location:* Falmouth, ME *Duration:* 6 months We are currently looking for a senior Solutions Architect for Falmouth Maine. In additional to the technical requirements – successful candidates must have excellent communication and written presentation skills. This position requires a consultative approach and requires a person with strong relationship building skills. A major component will be working both with the technical team and the business client. *Overview: * The Architecture team is responsible for managing architecture requests and developing roadmaps and project level blueprints within client process, application, middleware and data domains. Data Warehousing * 4+ Yrs. Does the candidate have a current TOGAF certification? * Yes Infrastructure Expertise * 6+ Yrs. J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) * 6+ Yrs. knowledge of financial regulatory environment * 4+ Yrs. Oracle * 6+ Yrs. WebSphere * 6+ Yrs. This resource will provide applied solutions architecture and technology guidance and oversight to project delivery and system support teams as they develop and maintain client technology solutions for Corporate areas. The Solutions Architect will assist in the ongoing endeavor for modernization of Technology Services by contributing to; (a) the IT Roadmap and associated planning (b) governance and advisory activities for projects as they are initiated by business requirements (c) leadership of program/project initiation as required (d) Solution Architecture service as required (e) Building Shared components and re-using the shared components according to Enterprise guidelines (f) thought leadership in overall execution of the Enterprise strategy. (g) excellent communication able to interact with internal teams and other departments *Must have skill sets: *• Extremely strong communication skills – this role requires constant communication with business lines and other partners.
