Experience migrating existing SharePoint 2007 environments to SharePoint 2010 Environments. Experience with daily operation administration (tuning, user support, backups and restores) of SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 environments. Experience developing with SharePoint Designer. Experience administering and configuring IIS (7.x). Knowledge of installing SQL Server 2008. Knowledge of installing Windows Server 2008. Ability to write technical documentation. Ability to communicate technical items to mid and upper level management, business owners and users. Ability to work closely with OBM IT staff regarding any technical areas in SharePoint 2007/2010.
