The candidate is required to have previous experience working with municipalities, and other local and governmental agencies required to properly and legally zone and permit the Public Safety Radio system. This scope of work provides zoning and permitting support for these existing system and future upgrades, enhancements, and additions to the District’s Public Safety wireless communication systems. Attend public hearings and community meetings as required. *Behavior Characteristics:* BS in EE or Communication systems higly Desired. Thorough understanding of LMR implementation, radio sites construction design. have training and certificate in wireless. Able to work in the ever changing fast pace environment of a 24/7 organization. *Skills :* Radio network coverage and interference analysis experience Environmental Assessment and lease Exhbits Develop/integrate end user apps to enhance WS voice & data communications Electromagnetic fields (EMF) studies Contract and Architectural & Engineering (“A&E”) Vendor Management Manage complex projects, develop, implement plans & budgets in wireless Support system WS operations - preventative and emergency repairs of system Knowledge of a wide range of contracting methods and contract types (RFP...
