*Project Manager with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods)* *Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ * *Duration: 6 Months+ * *Rate: Open* Description of Role and Skills: Project requires an IT professional who has demonstrated experience *leading application development projects across multiple technologies. * This individual will have overall responsibility for supporting the implementation of third party provided services and management of those services. Demonstrated experience in* leading vendor-management and outsourcing functions*; off-shore or staff augmentation models would be highly desirable. Demonstrated successful *Project Management and Communication expertise with proficiency with MS-Project and the MS-Office Suite for: * Clear, written technical requirements and scope definitions, Developing plans and communicating these plans effectively, Facilitating and leading meetings (conference calls and teleconferences) setting and managing expectations with project participants, setting and maintaining focus on delivery of objectives with project participants. Functions: With the Environments and Application Development Manager and the Capability Team Leads, develop requirements for specific skill sets, knowledge and capabilities; and engagement timelines. Develop detailed project plans in support of each Capability Team*s requirements. Create a repeatable process for *defining requirements, timelines, evaluation, engagement and performance measurement (KPIs) for each vendor. * Create periodic management reporting and project plans as required. Persons main responsibility will be to manage the overall activities of our third party vendors who will be on site or remote developing objects for the client.
