In addition, the individual must have experience and knowledge in the following: *Four years experience in the following:* * Programming using a Microsoft SQL Server database * Programming using Oracle Reports tool * Programming using Oracle Forms * Programming using an Oracle database and PLSQL * Designing and developing database structures such as materialized views, etc. that support reporting needs. * Programming using MS Reporting Services * Provide accurate estimates of the modules required and meet the deadlines as approved by the WTS manager; * Utilizing development best practices at par with the industry and the existing standards and guidelines set within the agency. * Performance tuning and development of efficient code * Writing quality technical specification documentation and participation in technical walkthroughs and peer reviews. * Working on projects utilizing formal project management methodology, processes, and controls.
