The successful candidate is comfortable with large datasets and is able to apply statistical techniques to determine the primary drivers of trade performance. *Required Skills:* -Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel -Experience performing statistical analysis on diverse data sets -Experience in one or more major programming languages (C++/Java/Matlab) and SQL desirable. -Application of quantitative techniques and models in an equity trading setting is highly desirable -Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) a must. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to articulate and translate mathematical concepts into language understood by others. -Excellent analytical skills.
