Here is the job description for the project in Houston. 6+ months. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Primary Skills: * At least 5 years experience in MDM programs fully lifecycle technology implementations as a lead or Architect. * At least 5 years experience implementing best of breed MDM hub technology to support customer, item, product, employee, asset, parts and vendor master * Should have hands on experience in one or two MDM tools preferable in Siperian, Trillium * Experience in DQ tools is an added advantage Secondary Skills: * Strong background in large scale, high volume, complex infrastructure and application architecture, deployment and support. * Expertise for tuning of the Match Rules on the full dataset of multi million records of customer, item, product, employee, asset, and vendor master. * Should have sufficient exposure on Best of Breed MDM Architectures in a J2EE environment, WebMethods, Oracle 10g, Java Webservices, etc * Experience designing & building Java business services code to integrate with MDM Hub using the Services Integration Framework * Should have designed & developed multiple cleansing and standardization scenarios using mapping & industry standard products such as Address Doctor, Trillium, and Data Flux. Roles & Responsibilities: * Lead the programme in assessing the requirement for a MDM based solution * Need to analyze the enterprise application landscape, AS-IS master data processes and propose a TO-BE MDM framework, Governance Process & associated DQ processes/framework and document the same * Need to evaluate multiple MDM and DQ tools and suggest a most suitable Tool Set * Need to perform a cost benefit analysis of a MDM solution Vs not having a MDM solution * Provide standards, guidelines, processes and expertise to consistently address recurring strategic enterprise master data issues such as data convergence, data standards and data synchronization. * Advise on best practices for Best of Breed MDM implementation methodology & design.
