Experience in Fixed Income and a willingness to understand requirements and validate them through a QA process for both custom development and vendor components. *Major Responsibilities:* - Create test cases and scenarios to validate requirements - Execute test plans - Understand requirements and components to assist in the hand over of the system to the support team - Work with developers/vendors/traders for the validation of requirements through a QA process - Maintaining the test environment - Test software in the ION trading platform will be plus!!! *Required Qualifications:* - Experience testing software and or vendor systems for Fixed Income lines of business - Knowledge of a scripting language such as Perl to automate testing procedures - Understand of trading activates - Experience testing applications for a trading floor testing mission critical applications - Ability to multitask several ongoing issues.
