Hiring - Phone *VENDOR - CIBER --- REMOVE IT* *CLIENT - State of NC -- REMOVE IT* Our client is seeking a short term (approx. 12+ month) Senior *IBM Cognos Technical Architect* to work on the implementation of a new Budget and Performance Management system. The new system will replace the current mainframe and Oracle systems, which have been built incrementally over time. The system utilizes *IBM Cognos BI 10.1*, *TM1 9.5.2,* and *FileNet 4.5.1*, and will *incorporate* custom *Java* *forms*, *portal*, and authentication solutions. This position will support the Budget System Project Team in the overall application architecture and provide *oversight* *in* developing successful solutions that meet the business requirements.
