Java Application Developer Location: Southborough , MA Duration: 6+ months Required Skills: Candidate must have demonstrated experience as a principal developer with solid Java skills Candidate must have working knowledge of Spring MVC Candidate must have knowledge and experience with test-driven design and disciplined development methodology Plus Skills: Knowledge or skill with Spring Roo Knowledge or skill and Spring Web Services Knowledge or experiencing working with ActiveMQ JMS or another JMS provider is desirable and experience using it with Spring Nice to Haves Experience or knowledge of Eclipse based IDE's, CVS Experience of knowledge of Subversion and Maven A solid knowledge of Enterprise design patterns Candidate will be working with a small, highly skilled team a fast paced critical project. Candidate will be expected to contribute to design and implementation decisions, take feedback constructively and work towards the common goals of quality project delivery under aggressive time lines. Candidate will be responsible for writing Functional and Technical Designs following Templates, as well as generate code and unit tests. This expressly includes generation of unit tests for all business relevant code candidates generates.
