*Duration: 4-6 months, upto 1 Year* *Location: Minneapolis, MN* 2 resources needed Skills Required: QA Concepts & Standards 6-8 Years Test Execution 6-8 Years Test Methodologies 6-8 Years Test Web Applications 2-4 Years Key skills: 1) Strong experience leading teams – and working with offshore resources. Driving the team is key. 2) Strong hands on experience with manual testing, and some automated (75%) 1. Owns quality of projects. Responsible for the coordination and completion of project testing activities for all sizes of projects. Partners with project stakeholders to ensure effective planning and requirements definition. Analyzes requirements, deliverables, results, etc. Leads and directs the work of others. Reviews and approves deliverables and work products. Coordinates project activities with both onshore and offshore resources. Reviews, monitors and summarizes progress of project testing activities. Develops test strategies, approaches or plans. Active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle. (10%) 2. Mentors other team members; educate organization on QA/QC practices (10%) 3. Contribute to, suggest and implement process improvements that will accomplish team, department and business goals. Striving for efficiency, consistency and effectiveness. (5%) 4.
