*Project Manager/ QA Manager* Location: *Jersey City, NJ* Duration*: 6 months* *CASH MANAGEMENT EXP MUST* *Job Purpose:* Provide Testing strategy and services for the project development teams working on customer projects Position Summary: Responsible for all testing related activities for one or more projects for a customer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Direct the development of the testing strategy, schedule, data requirements, resource requirements, functional testing scope, regression testing requirements, quality metrics and risk/mitigation plans. • Monitor performance reports, dashboards and status reports to verify test execution including test and issue tracking, daily meetings, test summaries and test case movement progress according to plan. • Establish communication plans for project testing issues in a timely manner to the project management teams and the customer, through standard project testing communication tools • Drive for exceptional test quality on projects while keeping test activities within schedule and scope • Contribute to the testing process/tools standardization efforts • Participate in knowledge sharing across the organization • Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: Test Architects, Test Managers, Test Analysts *Education and/or Experience:* • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • At least 7 years experience in Testing areas • At least 2 year experience in managerial, supervisory, or leadership capacity and working within a matrix-style structure • Excellent knowledge of industry standards and certification (e.g. ISO9000, CMMi etc.), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Test Life Cycle • Expertise in Process Methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL, MSF, TQM/Kaizen, RUP, etc. • Strong Expert understanding of requirements management, release management, environment management, change management, configuration management • Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect detection and test results reporting • Excellent Communication Skills • Should be able to guide & mentor testers Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Technical certification preferred. * * * * ** In order to apply for same, send me your updated resume along with 3 professional references and let me know the best time to reach you.
