Phase I will include the creation of Dashboards for our Drilling & Production Department. Extension of the position beyond 3 months would be dependent on the quantity of work identified after delivery of Phase I. The Candidate should have skills pulling in data from multiple applications, SAP, Carte (Volumes), Reserve Databases, etc. Specific knowledge of these databases, other than SAP is not required but the Candidate should have some knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry concepts. Our desire is to have a resource that has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry and has knowledge of Oil & Gas Operational Dashboards. Example of Dashboard content: Phase II could include Dashboards for other departments, Resource Development, Land, Exploration and Finance as well as some Executive dashboards specifically for the COO and CEO of the company. Details around these requirements are unknown and Phase II could include a data gathering exercise to determine the requirements. * ** * *Technical skills should be a solid understanding of BI/BW concepts related to: * 1. In depth knowledge of BI/BW landscapes and what it takes to house data required for Dashboards 2. Ability to understand requirements for constructing Dashboards using data from multiple source applications 3. Analyze business user requirements 4. Develop solutions to fulfill the requirements 5. Document user specifications 6. Troubleshoot issues, reconcile back to source data 7.
