SFDC Technical Analyst with CRM
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 4 Months

Description:

·         SFDC Certified, Service Cloud experience, Knowledge Management
experience, Call Center experience
·         *Mostly configuration work will be done so we need hands-on
configuration skills*
·         The client only connects to two other systems: Cisco and Customer
Master
·         Nice to have (CTI and Cisco) but not required
·         Minimal client facing roles
·         The client will require the candidates to assist with Conceptual
and Technical Design
