*Description*
The Performance and Capacity Management (PCM) team is responsible for
capacity analysis, monitoring performance and minimizing capacity issues.
The PCM technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting the PCM
function through development of key performance metrics reporting to:
- Detect activity patterns indicating potential loss of performance
- Analyze trends and patterns
- Measure the contribution of the PCM team
- Perform reporting and other ad hoc analysis and data mining
projects
- Gather, validate, and document reporting requirements, as well
as, the production and distribution of both ad-hoc and recurring reports.
PCM Technical Analyst also will participate in larger projects and
initiatives and provide requirements and suggestions based on capacity and
performance needs. This position will work closely with EIT application
support and EIT Leadership as well as other departments supporting capacity
within.

*Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Subject matter expert for capacity and performance reporting
needs
- Work closely with PCM Management to re-define processes to
improve current deliverables
- Design and development of new reports based on existing systems,
data, and tools
- Routine production and distribution of assigned projects
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
- Any other duties as requested by management
- Support field investigators with data and systems requirements
for performance and capacity questions.
- Gather capacity and performance data for different application in
order to provide forecast analysis on new
projects.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to maintain the integrity of confidential
information
- Statistical analysis

- Experience on capacity and performance analysis for Networks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and
written)
- Desire to share ideas and propose creative solutions
- Aggressive approach to data analysis and reporting
- Committed to providing, world-class service to our partners and
customers
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all roles within
the organization
- Ability to design new reports with limited set of requirements
- Ability to manage non-recurring projects with limited direction
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications: Excel, Access,
Power Point
- Experience with Reporting tools s a plus: SQL, Web reporting,
Crystal Reports
*Education & Experience*
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of data analysis experience
- Wireless industry experience preferred
